RB Salzburg have done #Rangers a favour in recruiting Danny Röhl. No messy split and a few quid thrown in to help with his replacement. Facts are Röhl, managerially, was unconvincing, naive in the extreme in selection and tactically, and a serial excuse note. At best, 4 out of 10

I understand some fans' doubt re McInnes but I do believe he's the right man. Sorting out our team's woeful positional discipline, our lazy, weak midfield and bringing in players who care if we win or not should favour his skillset. If this doesn't work, I'm not sure what will.

Rangers have lacked identity for years. Lacked people around the club that fully understand it. I don’t think that side can be underestimated at our club.
Derek McInnes is one of us, he fully gets it. He has done his apprenticeship in our league. It feels a good fit right now.
