Our home, Peebles Hydro, is no stranger to perfect serves. Once overlooking more tennis courts than Wimbledon, our Victorian pavilion now inspires our Borders berry and Hibiscus infused gin. Indulge in our Pavilion Gin, poured over ice, serve with fresh mint and raspberries.
