Symptom duration is associated with both anatomical & visual outcomes in persons undergoing surgery for idiopathic full-thickness macular holes. Time to surgery for iFTMHs should be minimized & care pathways designed to enable this. @1994_declan ow.ly/uzeN50KI13i

#TipsForNewDocs a good nurse is worth their weight in gold- but the ethos that you should suck up to EVERYONE is really unfair.
Some people will never treat you with respect, and that’s not your fault. (More likely if you’re young and female).

This is almost laughable it's so absolutely offensive. The unnecessary bullying younger professionals have to experience in the NHS because of their appearance, age, personality, upbringing etc from some senior staff is so so enraging

They exist as patients too & not merely as HCPs or employees.

Either a QIP stops being a mandatory achievement for IMT docs, or it remains mandatory and they are given protected time at work to complete them.
We can’t live in a world where trainees say “luckily I got covid so that gave me a chance to work on my QIP”
