Well, I have a chainsaw now so I can rent an excavator and prepare the foundations on the property for me to create the lab and innovate full time. It all depends on how quickly Xai wants me to accomplish these tasks. More money = more progress but I am mostly a one man Army, I do have a buddy that is also a one man Army and he could utilized as a partner to get this going.
