For those still having trouble logging in to Thinkorswim on the desktop here are 2 photos…Pic #1…click on the gear cog at the bottom left of the login screen indicated by the red arrow…Pic #2…click on “Clear cache and restart”…then re-enter your info as usual…good luck.👍
