My favorite thing so far isn’t the testing numbers—it’s the people.
Athletes have been welcoming and bought in from day one. Coaches have been incredible. Leadership is emerging within every group, and the energy each session has been outstanding.

The first two weeks are all about building the foundation.
Today focused on change of direction and deceleration.
✔️ Stick the landing
✔️ Proper shin angles
✔️ Control body position
✔️ React and compete
Before athletes can accelerate, they must learn how to decelerate.

This group has been outstanding since Day 1.
Each team has a leader who leads drills at the start of every session, setting the tone and keeping the group on track.

Today(6/3), we wrapped up our Freshman Jump Start program with information about our pathways and activities and the traditional group photo!
