Celebrating today’s PC at 110 Bishopsgate by sharing these stunning photos of the new end-of-trip facilities 🚲Spanning over 15,000 sq ft, we completed the refurbishment of the bike store, showers, WC’s, FM office and welfare area, spanning over two of the basement levels.

A sustainable workplace ready for occupation ♻🏙. We're pleased to share a recent Cat B fit out we completed at Broadgate Tower for British Land comprising 26,500 sq ft across levels 14 and 20.

We’re thrilled to have recently delivered a stunning Cat B fit out for Global Relay’s offices close to St Paul's in the City of London 🏙. Quality was the top priority for the project and we’re proud that it not only meets the clients’ standards, but it achieved a quality award!

The works included the fit out of level 4 with the aim of increasing workspace, the refurbishment of break out areas, cafe, and installation of new meeting rooms with additional works on level 6 & 7 including refurbishment of the board room and event space.

As part of National Apprenticeship Week, our apprentices celebrated with a breakfast. With this year’s theme #BuildtheFuture in mind, they discussed the key learnings from their courses & the consensus from all is they have not only grown in practical skills but also soft skills.

Fantastic to see works beginning on site at Farnborough Aerospace Centre for @AscentOffices 🙌 Totalling 79,000 sq ft, the works include the refurbishment of the building to Cat A, extensions to two side elevations & infills for the reception areas and replacement of M&E services

Our first project was instructed by @EmmausUK, a charity that provides a home & meaningful work for people who experience homelessness & social exclusion. The project included the design &construction of a flat roof in Greenwich with a value of £96,000: a decent sized flat roof!

After completing the original contract for the Cat A fit out of levels 4 & 5, we were thrilled to be instructed for the Cat A fit out within level 16, the demise split on level 7 and procuring furniture for the ground floor reception. Find out more here: lnkd.in/d7XMBPUm

The refurbishment will provide 7,000 sq ft of workspace over three levels with ample light courtesy of 3 stunning skylights as well as create an architecturally rich mews-style in line with developments throughout the city by repaving the length of the yard way.
