Their rush is clearly because the AG is demanding it to try and moot the DOJ lawsuit. That's why they won't take mine and others' suggestion to just slow it down a bit.
I hope DOJ amends their lawsuit if this does indeed pass, to sue the VI on the objectionable sensitive places, AWB, mag cap, and suppressor ban.
