For me, the outdoors calms the brain at times of pressure, an often-needed reset to baseline. And so, it was perfect timing for our annual hiking trip, this time to Keswick (not quite as tough as the national 3 peaks from last year π), and finished with Ladore Falls Spa π§ββοΈπ§ββοΈπ§ββοΈ
