The Higher and Degree Level Apprentice of the Year, goes to Jack Showghian from Balfour Beatty. He's managed complex infrastructure during his apprenticeship, consistently working to high standards, actively seeking opportunities to develop on work sites and in the classroom.

New for 2026, is the Rising Star Award, going to Ava Robinson, working for PJD as a first year Metal Fabrication apprentice with CATCH. Ava’s consistently been ahead of the curve and even shares that knowledge and understanding with her team to support their development.

In our Employer of the Year category, a further Highly Commended award goes to Willoughby A Priory Academy, who have committed to growing their own talent from within to meet recruitment, development and succession demands.

The Public Sector Employer Award heads to the Highways Service at Lincolnshire County Council. Apprentices joining the highways service can develop from entry level programmes right through to degree level engineering qualifications.

Our SME Employer award goes to Salon Carina based in Louth. In placing apprenticeships at the heart of the business, Salon Carina has developed future professionals with one apprentice going on to win ‘Apprentice Stylist of the Year’ at The British Hair and Beauty Awards in '25.
