Calling, SMS and mobile data services are back up and running as expected.
Some customers may still have trouble with the Data Clock or the 2degrees app and our teams are on it and continuing to investigate.
Our technicians continue to work on it and have already started rerouting a large number of calls through backup systems to get things working again for as many people as possible.

🚨 Heads up! We’re aware of a major network outage affecting parts of the North Island. The issue has been confirmed as a Chorus fault impacting multiple providers. Chorus has identified the cause and is working on a fix. We will keep you posted with any updates.
