5 bedroom 3 bath in Kansas City(negotiable). 1 Year lease 1900 a month. Organization pays half rent for the year other half by me(negotiable). Then organizations 4 players move in, I return to coaching and we see where the year takes us for the team and content. As someone that was a director of content, content would be planned months in advance.
