The Grain, located in Delafield, WI, is the city’s first mass timber development. raSmith provided land surveying, site planning, site design, civil engineering, and landscape architecture for this project, which will be open in the summer of 2023.

In honor of #EarthDay, raSmith will be taking part in the @mkeriverkeeper Spring Cleanup. We will be part of a group joining together across the Milwaukee River Basin to pick up over 100,000 pounds of trash, get outdoors, & help achieve drinkable, swimmable, fishable rivers.
