A troubled youth, obsessed horror movies of the 70's and 80's.
This obsession boiled over when the Ghostface killings happened in Woodsboro.
The media clung to the story, seemingly idolizing Billy and Stu.
Mickey went and researched other killers and the effects on the media.

Once he took a new costume and a new knife, he worked to help familiarize himself with the area a bit.
He then heard that Dewey was around as well, having heard of his return.
