Spending the last few days in emerg & the hospital w my Dad makes me realize 1) how incredible and underpaid some nurses & doctors are and 2) how incredibly sad it is for patients in here alone

I shouldn't narrow it to just nurses and doctors .. there's personal support workers .. janitors .. administrators .. etc etc .. spending full days around them has left me more appreciative than words could describe

If GTA new home sales don't improve drastically in the next 6-12 months it'll have a gigantic impact on the local economy. Big developers are thinking the next year or two are a write off but if things stay slow it'll be big trouble.

I've been a big bear on the 🇨🇦 economy for almost a decade for all the obvious reasons we see today but I also don't think our future is as bad as some predict. A few bad years yeah but so much depends on Carney now.
