This Computers and Education article doesn't directly address games-based learning, but its broader points about the effectiveness of digital stories for professional development has real meaning for approaches like roleplaying games.

First up, Barometer XP! They provide amazing support to organizations/businesses wanting to use games for organizational development, including how to answer the question "Why are we even doing this?!"
