Every year the gov't somehow gets someone to treat the Alberta Model like it's just getting started, it's a bold new initiative, critics are just impatient and don't believe, and we'll see the results soon. It isn't. Every client I had who was stable a few years ago is unstable

I really enjoyed reading this story. Have to wish Mr Smith and Alberta every success in saving as many lives as possible. At least they are walking their talk and investing in recovery and treatment.
