Buddhism what we know today is very diff from what Buddha preached in Tripitaka. Most of what we hear is Nagarjuna,whose ideas contradicted Buddha too. Buddha's ideas were not complex to understand, weren't meant to b.

Sudurpaschim people always eat raw meat after cutting goat at their home.
We call this Khasi(goat)ko Pachaul.
