Hey #bikedc, please look out for my wife's Cannondale Quick 4, stolen by the Ivy City Target this afternoon. Looks like this but with a rear rack and folding rear basket. Also had lights and a blue Vdealen top tube bag. Also took a blue and gray Giro Sutton helmet. DM if found.
