Domoic acid is released from algae during red tide events. Global warming has made these events last longer, & when occurring in food-rich seaside kelp beds, the higher localized doses attack sea mammal brains, causing them to get disoriented, aggressive.

The radio service I listen to has a special channel for Southern rock ‘n’ roll from decades past. Listening to it is bringing back so many fond memories.
The Allman Brothers, Black Oak Arkansas, the Doobie Brothers; followed by REM and the B-52‘s. Little Feat is my favorite.

F*ing FedEx & its pathetic AI sequel:
Two-part shipment. Was notified on 5/6 that part 1 would be delivered 5/12. Changed to hold for pick up.
Notified on 5/10 that part two was being delivered 5/11; not allowed to change delivery address, which is a unstaffed construction site.

And after all of that, I was getting ready to leave the construction site when a FedEx truck pulled up, a driver got out, and handed me the package that the FedEx counter agent insisted was not being delivered today, and when it was delivered, would go to the revised address.
