What's your fastest way to make $1K? One of ours is signing up for a couple new credit cards with bonuses. We signed applied for 3 cards within 12 minutes and was approved for all. $1.2k in free money. Just wish we could do this every day.

Do you have a way to keep track of your bonuses so you don't forget them? Do you put a note on your calendar? For example one CC gives us $200 in free Dell credit every 6 mo (takes 8 min to place an order and use), $1000 in other benefits once a year (took us 15 min to use, and $120/yr savings on something we already buy (took 2 min to do). How many $'s/hr is that? Not sure, but it's petty good.

If you have a customer claim they didn't get an item that you sent FBM, there's a response template we use. Amazon is so nice they sometimes give the customers free money for lost items that actually were delivered to them, that you have proof of delivery for. Everyone's happy.

Free $1k! Have the AMEX Plat Biz Card? If so, you have till Dec 31st to file a claim if you bought something with the card you can't return. This could be an extra $1k in your pocket. Then the clock starts ticking again, and you can do this in 2024.

Just placed my order for Bose noise cancelling headphones $249 less the $200 AMEX credit (since charged on the AMEX Platinum). To count for 2023, this needs to "post" before the end of the year. Still have time, but good thing I didn't wait until Dec 27th. We get to use this free $200 Dell deal every 6mo.

Good news there is still time for 2023 on this one. I reread and it says it's based on the "date of purchase" not on the date of the claim, so if I buy something today at a merchant that has just a 30 day return policy and if after 30 days I decide I don't want it, I can file a claim.

Hot Tip: Before you sell your 1st item on Amazon: have a system to keep track of all your purchases in case someone claims an item is "fake," and you need to pull up the last 12 mo of invoices. You don't need anything elaborate, but this Airtable is amazing.

Holiday rush seems to happen mostly from Black Friday to Dec 23rd, but sales are still good until mid January as people cash in their "free money" (gift cards).

Seems like kids (and adults) don't care if the price of something is a little higher on Amazon if have an Amazon Christmas gift card burning a hole in their pocket. Spending slows in later January when people see their CC bills. Not sure why.
