Chicago @63_local Iron Worker Alissa Reynolds joined the Navy at 17 and eventually rose to be a 2nd Class Petty Officer Service Warfare. Reynolds discussed the details of her Naval career and what eventually led her to the trades.

It was a tremendous honor to join our friends from the Ironworkers Local 63 for the grand opening of their new House of Glass today in Broadview. This state of the art training facility will allow more men and women to become Ironworkers and move into the middle class. This is a labor district, and Illinois is a labor state.
