Whichever booking platform builds a API key that can connect to AI first, get my money and I donāt mean through zapier.
Definitely would be foot all the way on the gas if I was BK.
Itās the most needed thing in my life rn business wise.

Nothing beats hiring a cleaner who:
Clock ins on time
Completed a checklist in full
And uploads high quality photos of her 1st clean.

Where as I may not be as cash rich as some
I have more time freedom and location freedom than most people ever have.
Very blessed for that to be the case.

Things are finally calming down for our cleaning business. Over the past month we have had:
Double digit no shows from our team
90% of the team quitting
Client loss as a result
And failed with our first attempt at hiring a sales person

To top that we started 2 new commercial starts a week before hell broke loose and both of those are gone.
Both had issues with prior cleaning biz swapping cleaners and here we were week 2 swapping cleaners.
Itās really just been a mess every single day.

I decided Iām not going to just hide until lifeās better. Iāve always been transparent and showing that in these times is just as important as sharing the wins.
God and my teams ability to problem solve, will lead us through this.

Cleaner said she wasnāt happy because we arenāt paying her millage and she may look for work.
Asked her how we can get her to stay and this is what she wanted us to agree to.
What would you do if they are demanding less money? Lol

Cleaner just agreed to 3 less dollars an hour just so she can make .60 cent a mile and her average travel is 8 miles lol.
Cannot make these things up.

Elons lowkey annoying with this shit.
Universal HIGH INCOME via checks issued by the Federal government is the best way to deal with unemployment caused by AI.
AI/robotics will produce goods & services far in excess of the increase in the money supply, so there will not be inflation.

Got into the craziest car accident Iāve been in last night.
Left a clean, blizzards going. Guy doing 40, and drunk driving down the wrong lane smashed me dead on.
Legs thrashed.
Chest and ribs all bruised.
Car is gone.
Think Iām done cleaning for a little.

This subzero temp are putting my team in a tough spot.
Had a client we had to reschedule last Friday to today due to vehicles not starting in -28 weather.
Well today, both cleaners children are sick forcing another reschedule.
The worse kind of first impression right there!

I walked a drag nightclub a month or so ago.
I know 3 of the dancers from the club. Told them to let the owner know Michael would love to help out with the building.
The dancers lost their shit shocked I even knew what it was LOL

Today we locked in $25k worth of annual commercial cleaning revenue.
Biggest contract we have signed to date.
Took 6 months of solid consistent work and multiple follow ups to ensure things were going smooth but we are finally here!
