IT'S ICE CREAM SEASON. ๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿฅญ And this is our healthy, high protein Tropical Mango Ice Cream recipe. ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿฝ Ingredients: (Serves 2) ๐Ÿฅญ 2 good handfuls frozen mango ๐Ÿฅ„ 1 heaped tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt OR Greek-style soya-based vegan yoghurt ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ ยฝ serving (1 scoop) The Six Pack Revolution Vanilla Caramel Post Workout Protein Powder ๐Ÿฅฅ 1 tsp desiccated coconut Method: 1๏ธโƒฃ Add the frozen mango, Greek yogurt and protein powder into a food processor. 2๏ธโƒฃ Blitz until smooth and creamy.
