What's a "keeper" and why does @PercolatorTrade need one?
Solana programs are passive meaning they only do something when someone calls them.
They can't fetch a price or run on a timer by themselves.
So perps exchanges run a keeper.
Our Keeper has 3 core jobs:
Oracle -> pushes live prices on-chain
Liquidation -> closes undercollateralized positions before they become bad debt
Crank -> triggers funding on chain upkeep on schedule
Traders never see it, but without it prices go stale, risky positions pile up, and the exchange breaks.
Boring on purpose.
Reliability is the whole point.

Once we finish adjusting to the updated engine, internal auditing everything again will likely open up a “devnet” playground again, where anyone registered on the waitlist will be able to play and try out different features that we’re experimenting with as we build them.
While we test ourselves and with volounteers on a v1 main Net beta version, which waitlist members will also be able to try if they want !

found another bug on percolator. nothing critical.
if a market's price feed dies, anyone is supposed to be able to safely shut that market down so users can pull their money out without waiting on the team.
the bug let someone quietly keep that emergency shutdown blocked, basically forever, for about one transaction a month. so even with the price feed dead, the safe exit stays jammed.
it can't steal any funds it just jams the escape hatch and forces everyone to lean on the admin instead.
