Going to be pickling these this week. Tindora picked early like this is a cucumber sub. They taste just like a cucumber but they make my teeth βsqueakyβ. I donβt know how else to describe it π

Dinner was βcame out of garden today pasta.β This is onions, garlic, tomatoes, trombonchino, luffa & arugula from the yard plus some chicken, Parmesan & heavy cream. So good. Would make a good soup too.

Another reason I donβt pay attention to those heat index forecasts. The scary forecast posted Thursday vs what my app is telling me for today & tomorrow. Nowhere near 104.

I pay zero attention to βfeels likeβ temps. I have no context to go by. I know what 95F & 90% humidity feels like. I have never been in 105 degree weather to know what that βfeels likeβ. Heat index drives me batty, so Iβm just going to ignore it & look at my phone. Save your scary red graphics π
All I need during the summer is to know what the actual temp forecast is. I already know itβs going to be humid as hell.
You know what would be report worthy? A summer day at less than 50% humidity
