Thanks to Trump and his “Big Beautiful Bill,” student loan payments will go up as much as $4,000 a year starting July 1st. While billionaires get massive tax breaks, working people will be defaulting on their debts. Unacceptable.

While checking out at Goodwill, the cashier asked if I wanted to round up. As always, I said no. I then told the cashier that the government forces me to donate almost half my paycheck to “fix” whatever problem he was fundraising for. What he told me next completely shocked me. If Goodwill employees don’t get enough people to round up and donate, they get written up! That is insane. Goodwill doesn’t sound like it has very good will to me.

Yes, disability pay is basically a last resort kinda thing. They do NOT give you enough to live on with even minimal expenses. You're locked into poverty and forced to live off the charity of others continually.

people even insist that being disabled is so easy and luxurious that we’re actually faking it to attain the lifestyle

People vehemently believe that there are safety nets in place if you become disabled. That no matter what, you have all your needs met. If you believe this, you’re in for a rude awakening if you ever become disabled.

Patients aren't getting the medications they need PBM middlemen are pocketing the savings instead. Enough with the hidden fees, spreads, and restricted access. It's time for transparency and real patient-first reforms.

Why do PBM middlemen get to decide your care while driving up costs and squeezing independent pharmacies? This broken system hurts patients and communities. We need audits, transparency, and reforms that put patients and providers first—not corporate middlemen....

So, 8 hrs down, 2 to go. Guys, I am really depressed 😔 all of a sudden everything hit me. Like, fighting cancer, disabled son, alone, work alot, cars got a ton of miles on it, tires getting skinny, no hobby, I do nothing. Help me understand this. In a dark place... - Sara

In a lot of states, there is a 10-15 YEAR Wait to get Medicaid waiver services for a severe autistic child. Families are financially, emotionally and physically devastated. And foreigners get millions thrown at them with zero accountability.

🚨 New Medicaid work requirements will take effect on January 1, 2027. As a result, in order to qualify for Medicaid benefits, recipients will now be required to work at least 80 hours per month. To receive an exemption, recipients will have to PROVE, through endless paperwork and appeals, that they are “medically frail” and unable to work. The government has already said there are no conditions that will automatically qualify recipients for an exemption.

Both my nephews died on the same day when they were teens and became organ donors. It was heartbreaking but years later some of the donors wrote our family, including the heart recipients. and their father got to hear their hearts beating in someone else. It was bitter sweet.

My mom passed away from lung cancer one month ago. Balancing being a caregiver, family member and oncologist was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. I wanted to share some reflections on the experience. Thank you ASCO for giving me a platform to do so. connection.asco.org/do/painf…
