Learning of my 6 months serious fitness journey:
The one and only thing that can make a difference is the " home made food" only.
The other techniques, gym, yoga, sports all are not sufficient if this "home made food" is absent from your daily diary.

CLAT requires an insane reading acumen with mental stamina, a penchant for quick option elimination, current affairs depth and critical reasoning skills. The student needs to have a very very good relationship with thinking in English.

This is the perfect angle for doing a seated shoulder press.
You will see many people doing it with bench set up at 90 degrees, and then shift their hips to the edge of the bench.
Why to complicate so much when you can just lower the angle & hit the shoulders better?

Must have had a terrific coach/teacher and a supportive parent. Combination of a good teacher & a sensible parent = goldmine if fate decides to co-operate along. Not a sure-shot recipe but a very good one.

Btw Vaibhav Sooryavanshi is a prime example of what an Indian kid can achieve at such a young age when their parents support, guide and protect them from the society created herd mentality that pushes everyone into the same JEE/NEET rat race.

It is a sarkari exam, and the sources that will be used is sarkari - always. The exam is designed so that every student that the sarkar caters to gets access to taking a fair shot. The CA will always be sourced from PIB. The concepts from NCERTs not any privately authored book.

A student at TLOI has scored 100 percentile in MHCET 3 year LLB and missed NLS by half a mark without getting placed on the waitlist. Should have made it through there as well if the harakiri in this year's edition hadn't taken place.

One year & 1 week since the 3 year practice clause judgment was delivered. CJI should ideally try to wrap up the review hearings before 31st August under any and all circumstances if he is truly interested in changing the modalities/interpretation of the clause.
