Dear Samar @Samar_in_Gaza is a pregnant mother caring for four young children in Gaza and they are as dear to me as if they were my own family.
After displacement, famine, losing loved ones, illness and injuries she keeps moving forward.
I hope everyone that sees this will continue to keep them alive and lift up her story.

My friend's wife should have started this upon discharge from the hospital, but it is now day 5 and they still don't have proper meals for her.
Medication alone won't help if the diet isn't corrected, her gastric ulcer can get worse.

Every day that passes the pain from my hand injury gets worse

My father has been in the intensive care unit for the past four days after suffering from hepatic encephalopathy, and his condition is extremely critical. The doctors are closely monitoring him, and he may need a procedure to remove the fluid accumulated in his abdomen, which is causing severe pain and serious complications.

She is a student in Gaza that’s pursuing a degree in social work. While surviving famine, bombardment and displacements Israa has been the caretaker for her disabled grandmother. She also lives with her grandfather and three younger siblings.
Israa and her family continue to spend days in silence waiting for a merciful windfall. Right now they’re quite past due on rent payment for a small room and she’s been appealing endlessly in hopes that the call for help will be heard.
