ALT Together we’re testing & refining a new support model in NW London working towards delivery on a population scale. Health Place offers thousands of support options to help those with persistent pain, from exercise routines on your doorstep to mindfulness practices in your bedroom, as well as support for other problems such as work, money and relationships. This is the best support, tailored to you via Health Place.
