Benjamin Montalvo was riding his bike to meet his brother for dinner when he was hit and killed by an intoxicated driver. Four years later, his parents, along with Auto Club, CHP, and BPD gathered at Truxtun Park, in hopes of preventing another tragedy. bit.ly/3vtWHtW
