What did we find? Process evaluation & Health Economics work showed: ▶️Health Check was delivered as intended ▶️Health Check grp shared results with friends & family (social diffusion) ▶️Health Check = £91 per participant to deliver ▶️Highly likely to be cost effective [5/6]
