#BNOSofficial #BNOSLiverpool2022. We have the author and pundit (I think he also had something to do with football!) @officialbarnesy talking at the BNOS conference dinner. Thursday 23rd June, Isla Gladstone. Then a Cèilidh. Should be an entertaining and thought provoking eve.

Mountain biking up Snowden today - it was harder than I thought it would be! Foggy, wet, windy, and cold at the top. Felt good to finish.
