Genuinely love my work. To date not one single day have I ever felt like I don't look forward to going to work in primary care. I always want to go in. I'm blessed. We do it for the patients. My employers also make it special.

Project management. Here's another skill from 25 years ago I learned in the pharmaceutical industry. I still use most of these today in healthcare. Learning project management makes you able to manage most things.
