Maroubra was 11 storeys over 4 basements with Sydney Water across the build. Shoring read every adjoining boundary before the column grid above could settle. AS 1726 first.
That's the day it shows itself.

12-storey inner-Sydney mixed-use at 2A-8 Burwood Road, with structural, civil, and geotechnical resolved from the same desks. Geotech model led against AS 1726, structural design grew from there.
