In talking with Nanati Alailefaleula, our new thrower from Cerritos JC, I asked,
"Are you going to be sad when your family leaves?"
She said,
"Yes....but I know why I'm here, and that's to make them proud and do Gods will"
We are so glad that Nanati is part of our track team!

Closing the books on the 2019 track season. Zak Zleppe being an All American hurdler was a great accomplishment. I would say the men's 4 x 4 relay were a pretty darn close 2nd. Here are the final fastest times, in order.

Latoyia Brooks with mom, signing to run for The Firestorm. Latoyia is going to help our women's team so much. She comes to us as a nationally ranked hurdler and Sprinter from Central Arizona College. She is a happy young lady that wants to help the girls team get better.

Bigger than big news on the men's side. All-American 400m runner, Torrey White out of Sac City College, signed to run with the Firestorm!
His coaches words: "...he is a team player and loves to run the 400 meters". Things are getting exciting around here!

Common mistake:
More is better in the gym.
More reps. More sets. More exercises. More different training techniques.
This could be THE reason you're not making good progress.
Stick with the basics, know the rep/set scheme and give π―
