Shanghai welcomed the Abu Dhabi Investment Forum (ADIF), bringing together investors, business leaders and advisors for a day of discussion around the opportunities emerging from one of the world's fastest-growing business and investment destinations.
The forum highlighted the depth of the relationship between Abu Dhabi and China, and the growing interest from companies and investors looking to be part of Abu Dhabi's next phase of growth.
As relationships between our two markets continue to strengthen, forums like this create the space for partnerships and opportunities to move forward.

Ministerial Resolution No. 0340 of 2026 Concerning the Wage Protection System, issued by the UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) on 12 May 2026, does not apply to ADGM registered entities.
ADGM is a financial free zone generally exempt from most UAE federal civil and commercial laws, including the UAE Federal Labour Law and MOHRE-issued resolutions and decisions. ADGM entities are subject to the ADGM Employment Regulations 2024 (“Regulations”) and the applicable subordinate rules.
Employers must comply with Section 12 (Pay Period) of the Regulations. The Pay Period must not exceed one month, and Wages must be paid within 14 calendar days of the end of the relevant Pay Period.
There is no statutory requirement under the Regulations for Wages to be paid on the first day of each month.

Held in partnership with eFinancialCareers, the sector-focused event reflects ADGM’s continued commitment to advancing talent development and strengthening Abu Dhabi’s position as a leading global financial hub for human capital.
With over 14,000 visits to employer booths and more than 1,300 career conversations, the event created meaningful connections between financial institutions and professionals from key global talent markets.

A global technology investor, @Vista_Equity Partners (“Vista”), specialising in enterprise software, has secured full regulatory authorisation from ADGM’s Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA), strengthening the firm’s long-term commitment to the Middle East and expanding its global investment platform from Abu Dhabi.

The Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) has issued a public warning regarding fraudulent websites falsely claiming association with Tungsten Custody Solutions Ltd (“Tungsten”), an FSRA regulated entity.
The websites tungsten-me.com, tgst-me.com and my-tungstens.com closely imitate Tungsten’s official online presence and may mislead investors and members of the public into believing they are connected to the regulated firm.
The FSRA has confirmed that these websites are not affiliated with Tungsten, and that their operators are neither licensed nor authorised to conduct Regulated Activities in or from ADGM.
