Calorie counting is extreme. Even if ur trying to lose weight constantly making it only abt numbers is neurotic & probably the catalyst for starting off eating disorders. Normal ppl usually don’t have that relationship with food. Always making it abt numbers imo

Like are you rly gonna calorie count every food item for the rest of ur life? It wouldn’t stop just bc you’ve lost weight. Everything would become abt caloric intake & have nothing to do with whether ur healthy or not

This weird creature has the best eyesight known to ever exist on a living thing. The peacock mantis shrimp can see in depth perceptions we can’t fathom. Sees a world of colors we can’t. Also has no reaction time bc its eyesight is instant the moment something moves.

- "User-to-user" apps where people create, share and interact with content (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, X, Facebook) will be banned for under-16s
- WhatsApp, Signal and YouTube Kids will be exempt
- Under-16s will also be banned from livestreaming, messaging strangers on gaming apps like Discord and using disappearing messages
- 16 and 17 year olds will face nightly social media curfews and limits on infinite scrolling with more details next month
- AI "romantic companion" chatbots will be banned for under-18s
- Adults can still access social media through age checks like facial recognition, digital IDs, passports and credit cards

I actually AM clicking the tiny x to close the phone game ad correctly each and every time. The ad companies just got so mad that I'm perfect at tapping the tiny xs that they programmed the ad to ignore attempts to close them and just open the link to the app store anyway.
