This is true but also I’ve been really wrong a whole lot too and tbh it bugs me a little that that experience tends to get left out of memes like this. You sense a pattern others don’t, great. Doesn’t mean you always interpret it correctly.

Ok f#*k. Family member moving from the hospital back home. Normally something to celebrate. But we are starting palliative care tomorrow. Might be days or weeks, likely not months.... Adhd & emotions is SUCH a rollercoaster. Parenting in a mixed ND family with this happening..

But when you realise disregulation (feeling unsafe) is a big parts of ADHD issues like procrastination and core values can feel very supportive in boosting motivation to an Interest Based nervous system- working on these -alongside EF supports- starts to make more sense. 2/2
