Ordinals vs. Netrun
Ordinals started on Bitcoin.
They introduced a way to give individual satoshis, the smallest units of Bitcoin, their own identity and attach data to them, like images, text, or metadata.
This created a new type of on-chain digital artifact, similar to NFTs, but without needing a traditional smart contract.
Netrun brings that idea to Solana.
It lets people imprint, collect, and trade ordinal-style digital assets in a faster, cheaper, and more usable way.
