Earlier this month, our Wisdom Circle and other community members took a trip to @FarmerJawn_! We learned about the process of planting various fresh produce throughout different seasons. Each participant received $20 worth of fresh produce. 🥕🧑‍🌾

Earlier this month AFAHO had the pleasure of speaking at the Birth Justice Philly Summit organized by Organized Voices for Action. We presented "Mama Na Mimi," during the Immigrant and Refugee Populations' Access to Reproductive Health breakout session!

On Saturday, we welcomed 90 community members for our annual Health Screening Day! Screenings included blood pressure, glucose, STIs, Hepatitis B, vision, and colon cancer. Additionally, AFAHO’s consulting mental health counselor, Didi Scott, spoke with clients about stress.
