Great to spend the day in Wigan with Rob Kenyon. Makerfield deserves better than being treated as a stepping stone for entitled Blairites. Better than having candidates imposed on them by party machines. Better than being told to keep voting the same way and expect a different result. People here know Labourโ€™s candidate is Andy โ€˜For Meโ€™ Burnham. They know Restore canโ€™t win. And they know that if they want to send Keir Starmer a message that can actually be heard in Westminster, there is only one challenger within touching distance of Labour: Reform. On Thursday, donโ€™t waste your vote. Vote Rob Kenyon. Vote Reform.

Jeremy Clarkson has revealed in the latest episode of Clarksonโ€™s Farm that he has prostate cancer. He says it has been caught โ€œreally earlyโ€ and that he had 10% of his prostate removed. In the Amazon Prime series he is seen telling his Kaleb Cooper about the diagnosis with his sidekick tearfully saying; โ€œI donโ€™t like this.โ€ Clarkson replies; โ€œ Iโ€™m not thrilled either.โ€ The good news is that thanks to the early diagnosis Clarkson will be around for years to come. One of the great TV and writing talents has been required viewing for decades and even saved Who Wants to be A Millionaire.

To be fair, I also wouldnโ€™t let her answer any questions. Have you heard her? ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
Watch @RupertLowe10 ask his Chief of Staff Alistair Harrison for permission for their Makerfield candidate Rebecca Shepherd to answer a single question and then be told no. Restore is a one man band but that one man isnโ€™t Rupert Lowe, itโ€™s Alistair Harrison.

Why do so many men in this so called age of equality still find it necessary to be absolutely foul to women on here. FFS men, do better.

Roopie is a Tory. Kemi is a wet liberal. Starmer is a liar. Ed is a watersports enthusiast. Dave is a fake hypnotist. Not a good choice is it? You'd better vote Reform.

Congrats to GB News on its 5th birthday for destroying Sky News ( twice its audience) and humiliating BBC News which even with billions of taxpayers money is beaten almost every night. The secret? Covering subjects the viewers are actually interested in. The others should try it!!

Last night, the Planning and Highways Committee rejected an application for an 11-bedroom HMO in Grindon. โžก๏ธThe Reform led administration is deeply committed to standing up for residents and protecting communities by ensuring they are not overwhelmed by inappropriate developments. HMOs have a real impact on parking, waste, anti-social behaviour, pressure on local services and the overall character of an area. That is why we have been clear, Sunderland needs a stronger, tougher and more resident-focused approach to planning, ensuring any planning application adheres strictly to regulations. We will continue to push for proper scrutiny of relevant applications across the city and make sure that residentsโ€™ concerns are taken seriously.
