The saddest part of this is that for some reason most Dutch "voorlichters" are trained to stall, stonewall, and not tell journalists anything for fear it could harm their organization. Move them to the PR/Advertising department, and keep 1-2 real media contacts.

Het aantal voorlichters blijft heel snel stijgen
Er werken nu ongeveer 8 keer zoveel voorlichters bij de ministeries als mensen bij denktanks (WRR en de adviesraden van de regering)
Dat is ongezond, als je oplossingen voor problemen wilt.
