It's a blustery day, but if you are out and about and passing the RNLI boathouse at Fisherman's Quay look up and you will see we have an extra flag up on the mast this year to commemorate 200 years of our volunteers saving lives at sea thanks to all your generous support.

Apr 13 2021 - The lift-boat (floating crane) Seacor Power capsized in the Gulf of Mexico 8 miles off the coast of Louisiana. 6 survivors were rescued by USCG ships and civilian vessels. The Coast Guard called off the search for survivors 6 days later. 13 crew members were lost.
