Could you tell me what diary free options you have in your meal deals please @waitrose and @marksandspencer? We couldn’t buy from either of you yesterday in Bristol as we couldn’t find diary free options for all three courses. Puddings especially had diary in everything!

Currently waiting for @TheAA_UK to come out and tow me. Absolutely terrified as parked in an unsafe spot and cars coming so close to me. Current estimate of tow tuck is it may not arrive until 3.30am 😢😢

4 weeks ago today we flew to New York and had the worse travel experience with @AerLingus with delayed flights. Complaint logged on the 1 October when we returned. Still no response! A chunk of our holiday we missed that can never be replaced. Where’s the refund Aer Lingus?!
