Funniest thing I keep seeing. Someone will spend six weeks comparing every AI tool on the market, building comparison spreadsheets, asking Twitter which one is better. Meanwhile some guy who just picked Claude and Cursor on a Tuesday is already shipping his third product.
Your toolstack is not your personality. Your toolstack is not a strategy. Your toolstack is a means to an end and the end is something that exists in the world that people can use.
I have a short toolset and a long shipping log. That's the whole game. The person with fewer opinions and more live projects wins every single time.
Stop researching. Start building. The best tool is whichever one you actually open and use tomorrow morning.

This is the part people keep getting wrong. The bottleneck in agentic dev right now isn't "can an agent write code." It's "where does the agent's output actually live and run."
Codex Sites is OpenAI's answer. They're trying to own the last mile of agentic deployment.

326K commits per day from Claude Code sounds insane. And it is insane. Because nobody can verify it and it doesn't tell you anything useful.

This pattern repeats every time a platform ships communities. There's a short window where early utility becomes default infrastructure. Discord bots. Reddit automod. Same story.
Open protocol means the window is wider and the ceiling is higher.

If you're anywhere near AT Protocol, start prototyping community tooling now. Before specs finalize. Before the obvious stuff gets built. First movers on platform infrastructure almost never get replaced.

Buried another micro-SaaS today. Built it in a weekend, gave it two weeks, watched it flatline. Pulled the plug before breakfast.
People romanticize shipping, but nobody talks about the killing part. Knowing when something is dead weight versus slow burn is the actual skill.
The ratio of things I've killed to things that work is probably 8:1. That's not failure, that's the filtering process working exactly how it should.
Build fast, measure honestly and kill without sentiment. Repeat until something sticks and compounds.
