We may build an automated HEPA filter making machine in house.
This is a knife style pleating machine. This one can make filters in any thickness between 5-100mm. It's likely expensive AF so we'll have to build it ourself.
Another options is a rotary style pleating machine. Unlike the knife style, you can't change some numbers in the software to change the thickness- you have to replace the rollers. I'm looking into possibly making it configurable.

I'm open for work. Sorry to keep y'all writing your own assignments and breathing polluted air outdoors. I'll revisit these projects after I start making money from corporate slavery as god intended me to.

Fusion runs so much better on macos, I now prefer using it with my MacBook instead of my more expensive windows workstation- despite having to use a touchpad.
I should probably get a space mouse.
