AJAC is hiring a Youth Programs Manager!
If you're passionate about helping young people discover career pathways and want to play a key role in expanding youth apprenticeship opportunities across Washington, we'd love to hear from you.
This position works directly with schools, employers, students, and community partners to help grow and support AJAC's youth programs.
It's a great fit for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing programs, and creating opportunities that help students succeed.
Together, they completed 606 college classes, earned 3,030 college credits, logged more than 30,000 classroom hours, learned from 53 instructors, and completed 397,000 hours of on the job training while earning more than $8.5 million in wages.
These numbers tell an impressive story, but the real achievement is the dedication, persistence, and hard work behind every one of them.
Congratulations to the Class of 2026. We can't wait to celebrate with you tonight.
As we head into graduation tonight, we want to recognize one final sponsor: Pathfinder Manufacturing.
Pathfinder has partnered with AJAC since 2015 and has enrolled 22 apprentices across several apprenticeship programs.
This year, they're celebrating a special milestone as Raymond becomes their first Operations Specialist apprentice graduate.
What makes Pathfinder unique is their mission.
As a nonprofit social enterprise manufacturer, they help at-risk youth build skills, gain experience, and discover career opportunities through hands-on training programs, including apprenticeship.
Spring quarter wraps up for our apprentices next week, but we're already looking ahead to the next class.
Today we welcomed Pedro from AD Systems in Everett as our newest machining apprentice.
Even better, AD Systems is celebrating a milestone tomorrow as they graduate their first AJAC apprentice, Riwaaz.
Congratulations to Pedro on starting the journey, and congratulations to Riwaaz on reaching the finish line. We'll see you there in a few years, Pedro!
We're just 24 hours away from celebrating the AJAC Class of 2026!
As we wrap up our sponsor spotlights, we'd like to thank Travis Moore and the team at Jemco Components & Fabrication for joining us as a Title Sponsor this year.
Since 2015, Jemco has enrolled 11 apprentices in AJAC programs and has also hired graduates from our Manufacturing Academy pre-apprenticeship program. F

Just 48 hours until we celebrate 69 apprentice graduates at this year's commencement ceremony.
A special thank you to Lighthouse for the Blind for supporting graduation as a Friends of AJAC sponsor.

Just two days until graduation!
We're excited to welcome back Hexcel as a Title Sponsor for this year's event. Since partnering with AJAC in 2014, Hexcel has enrolled 14 apprentices across several programs!
Based in Kent, Hexcel manufactures advanced composite materials that help make aircraft, spacecraft, and wind turbines lighter, stronger, and more efficient.
Thank you, Hexcel, for supporting apprentices and investing in the future of manufacturing for the past 12 years.
