All of #WrestleMANia day 1 has been pretty borderline. Crowd hasn’t really been invested. No twists or turns. Gunther vs. Sami I knew would steal the show and it clearly is. Gunther is an ELITE athlete. Old school veteran villain vibe to him.

This is one of the best Rock promos I've ever seen. He retains his charisma by modernizing this in so many ways. He explained his motivation, explains why Cody hesitated, explained his own emotion and reaction, and addressed Seth.
