Started 2nd EUS-chemoablation expanded access protocol (EAP) with LSAM-PTX (Sub-micronized Paclitaxel) for BD-IPMNs. Encouraging data from preceding (1st) EAP N=6 BD-IPMNs 50-90% ⏬ volume 31-80% ⏬ surface area Loss of pathogenic mutations-83% Fibrosis & calcification-83%

After 6 months of clearing all regulatory issues - excited to start our prospective study evaluating EUS-RFA in the management of BD-IPMNs. The ERASE study (E⃣US-guided R⃣FA of PCLs - A⃣ S⃣afety & E⃣fficacy trial) Pre-trial case (below) with a great response.
